Active Title Bar

This is the (normally) blue bar that you see at the top of a Window.

It will normally contain these parts:

 

Application Name

Filename

Minimise

Restore

Maximise

Close

 

Double click on Blue Space

Left Click and hold down on Blue Space

Right Click on Blue Space

 

ALT + Space Bar
